It’s true: can’t beat the taste of seared meat and and gooey melty cheese. One kind of burger that was supposedly born in the Midwest is a Juicy Lucy, which is a burger turned inside out. The center is molten lava-like cheese that burns novice-eager-eaters. Places like The Blue Door Pub, 5-8 Club, and Matt’s, in Minneapolis all have the same rule: Wait a few minutes before taking the first bite.
